CarShop, part of Penske Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Finance Manager (F&I) to support our sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience through vehicle financing and aftermarket product sales.
As a key member of the dealership team, you'll help customers navigate the financing process while ensuring every interaction reflects the values and culture that set CarShop apart.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

What You'll Do
As an Automotive Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting the sales process and helping customers secure financing solutions while maximizing dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Present financing options and assist customers in securing competitive vehicle financing
- Facilitate the sale of aftermarket products and protection plans
- Ensure all financing and related documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Partner closely with the sales team to support vehicle sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and financial partners
- Ensure compliance with all dealership, lender, state, and federal regulations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process
- Support dealership goals while maintaining the integrity and culture that define CarShop
- Assist with process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive F&I or automotive finance experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving strong performance results
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound decisions while balancing efficiency and attention to detail
- Organized, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to teamwork, customer satisfaction, and ethical business practices
- Positive attitude with a desire for continuous learning and self-improvement
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidence under pressure
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing
