Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per Flag hour

What You'll Do
As an Experienced Automotive Detailer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every vehicle meets CarShop's high standards for appearance and presentation before delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform interior and exterior detailing on vehicles to CarShop quality standards
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery according to established processes and procedures
- Inspect vehicles to ensure cosmetic quality and cleanliness meet company expectations
- Maintain detailing equipment and tools in proper working condition
- Report equipment maintenance or repair needs to the Detail Manager
- Work efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive detailing experience, preferably in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet production goals
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing
