As Marking Communication specialist you will support our business in Türkiye to execute digital marketing strategies, ensure all local initiatives are aligned to global strategy and brand guidelines, drive brand visibility, engagement and many more marketing related topics.

You’ll take the lead in shaping and executing integrated marketing initiatives, from product launches to campaigns and events, ensuring everything we do is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our ambition to improve people’s mobility. Whether it’s activating a new innovation, organizing industry events, or collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, your work will directly strengthen our position in the market.
Digital will be at the heart of your impact. You’ll continuously evolve our online presence—creating engaging content, working closely with ambassadors and communities, and ensuring our channels truly connect with our audiences. From social media to CRM and web, you’ll build experiences that inspire, inform, and drive engagement across the full customer journey.
At the same time, you’ll bring a strong analytical mindset—using data and insights to understand what works, identify opportunities, and continuously improve our approach. By connecting creativity with performance, you’ll ensure that everything we do not only resonates, but also delivers measurable impact.
What you need to succeed in the role
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind marketing in Turkey—connecting local insight with Össur’s global vision, and turning strategy into stories that resonate. You’ll collaborate across teams and functions, acting as a trusted partner to ensure our marketing is not only impactful, but also consistent and true to who we are.
You bring a solid foundation in marketing, communications, or a related field, combined with hands-on experience in digital and social media. You’re a natural storyteller who knows how to translate ideas into engaging content—across text, visuals, and experiences—and you’re confident advising stakeholders along the way.
You feel at home in the digital landscape and understand how different channels come together to create a seamless audience experience. Whether it’s social media, websites, or CRM platforms, you know how to make them work together effectively. You also bring a strong attention to detail, ensuring content is sharp, relevant, and optimized—including for SEO and performance.
Most importantly, you’re curious, proactive, and driven by impact. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment and are motivated by creating marketing that not only performs, but also contributes to something bigger—helping people live a life without limitations. Fluency in Turkish and strong English skills will help you connect both locally and globally, ensuring our voice is consistent and authentic across markets.

What can you expect
A permanent contract, based in Istanbul, with a 40 hour week and hybrid working.
You will join an international team, with hands-on onboarding, experienced colleagues and direct support from your manager, based in Cape Town, South Africa.
