Job Description
JOB TITLE: Senior Sales Manager – AirSense Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD) & KIDDE Commercial Fire Alarm System
North & East India
JOB PURPOSE:
To drive revenue growth, market penetration, and strategic account development for Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD) and KIDDE Commercial fire detection solutions across the North & East India region by managing key channels, consultants, EPCs, and end customers, while ensuring strong specification influence and disciplined opportunity management.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and deliver regional sales targets for ASD and KIDDE Commercial product portfolio
Identify and convert high‑value opportunities across data centers, IT/ITES, healthcare, industrial, retail and commercial real estate segments
Build strong relationships with consulting engineers, PMC, architects, and fire consultants
Ensure brand specification / approval of ASD & KIDDE Commercial solutions in key projects
Conduct technical presentations, product trainings, and value engineering discussions
Appoint, manage, and develop authorized system integrators, OEM partners, and distributors
Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing benchmarks, and upcoming projects
Maintain an accurate and disciplined sales funnel (SFDC) with monthly forecasting
Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, ethics, and governance standards
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical preferred)
10+ years of sales experience in Fire Detection / Life Safety / BMS / Security / ELV systems
Exposure to Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD or equivalent technology)
Proven track record in specification-driven project sales and large opportunity closures
Strong regional knowledge of North & East India markets
Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
