Job Description
As a Milieu Supervisor at Maya Angelou Academy, you’ll lead a team of School-Based Counselors to create a safe, empowering, and therapeutic learning environment for students with complex needs. You'll provide coaching, crisis support, and oversight of daily classroom operations while ensuring interventions align with students’ IEPs. This role blends leadership, behavior intervention, and relationship-building to help students thrive both academically and emotionally.
