Assistant Director School Program

The Assistant Director at Maya Angelou Academy supports the Program Director in overseeing day-to-day school operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and responsive educational and therapeutic services for students with emotional, behavioral, and social needs. In this role, you may take lead responsibility for specific program initiatives, content areas, or teams, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development to staff. The Assistant Director also works directly with students and families and collaborates with external partners to support student success, contributing to a safe, inclusive, and enriching learning environment.
