Crisis Counselor

The Crisis Counselor provides crisis support, structure, mentoring, and coaching to youth while providing a safe and nurturing environment. Crisis Counselors work in collaboration with the treatment team towards stabilizing youth. Crisis Counselors also perform case management duties as needed. Responsibilities:

Assist clinician in intake process, including assessment and creating a welcoming environment for the youth. Intervene in the youth’s behavior as needed, providing stabilization services. Work in coordination with the parent and/or social
