This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Experience Manager - Ingressotek based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of high-impact live event operations, where client success and on-the-ground execution come together in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. You will own a portfolio of client engagements from planning through execution, ensuring seamless delivery of advanced security screening and entry solutions at major events across the country and internationally. Acting as both the primary client contact and the operational lead onsite, you will coordinate contractor teams, manage technical systems, and oversee real-time event execution. The position requires a strong balance of client-facing relationship management and hands-on operational leadership in dynamic, real-world conditions. You will be expected to think quickly, lead confidently, and maintain control in environments where timing and precision are critical. This is a highly mobile role offering significant exposure to large-scale events and complex operational deployments.
