This is a mission-driven leadership role at the front line of behavioral healthcare access, where sales excellence directly translates into life-changing patient outcomes. You will lead a high-performing admissions and inside sales team responsible for guiding prospective patients and families through critical first steps into care. The role blends people leadership, operational rigor, and high-volume sales execution in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. You will ensure every interaction is handled with empathy, speed, and precision, setting the tone for the entire care journey. Beyond day-to-day performance, you will shape how the admissions function scales, improves, and consistently meets aggressive conversion and service targets.
