Job Description
Position Summary: The Field Technical Representative role exists to support company aircraft in performing all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on King Air aircraft assigned to customers.
Company Compensation and Perks:
Paid hourly, estimated yearly earnings ~ $110,000 - $140,000
Full-time rotational position
Schedule roughly 30 days on, 14 days off
Requires travel but not relocation

Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on assigned aircraft, ensuring aircraft is available for customer flight missions on an on-going basis
Maintain company aircraft and equipment to the highest standard
Assist other company aircraft mechanics as needed or instructed
Independently manage work day to ensure all scheduled job responsibilities are accomplished
Responsible for communicating aircraft status, maintenance expenses, changing location, monthly inventory, and AOG situations to Maintenance Control and Manager
Act as a customer service representative with tasks as requested by management and assist pilots with aircraft servicing and pre-/post-flight activities
Communicate critical information to company headquarters
Establish relationships with other service providers at each location the plane is stationed
Maintain parts inventory with aircraft and report all parts received from company headquarters and other vendors and order parts for upcoming maintenance
Schedule maintenance on company assets
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
FAA A&P
1 year of King Air or similar type of aircraft maintenance experience
Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
Computer skills including email and submission of detailed maintenance and flight information
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work a schedule that varies (including weekends, nights and holidays) depending on the mission schedule
Good teamwork, strong initiative, communication, problem solving, troubleshooting and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of maintenance experience
IA License
Additional Requirements
Ability to travel as required
Ability to: lift, balance, and carry 50 lbs, crawl in and out of tight spaces, predominantly work in open hangar, work occasionally in exterior weather conditions or elevated heights
