Job Description
At Martin City Brewing Co. in Lenexa, we are looking for great servers to add to our team! You will be asked to greet customers and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout their experience. You must also work well with others and be able to be a part of a team. You must also take customers food and beverage orders promptly and accurately. Must be able to memorize our menu and have knowledge on our beers, wines, and cocktails. If this sounds like something you could do, we'd love to meet you!
At least 1 year serving or bartending experience
Good customer service skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of basic math
Understanding of food safety
Provide great customer service to customers in a fast paced environment
Positive attitude
Physical Stamina
Cleanliness and good personal hygiene
Perform high quality work while unsupervised
