Positions & Responsibilities
Line Cooks
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Maintain speed and consistency during busy service periods
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
Prep Cooks
- Prepare ingredients and food items for daily service
- Portion, label, and stock kitchen supplies
- Assist with kitchen organization and cleanliness
- Support line cooks and chefs as needed
Qualifications:
- Kitchen prep experience preferred but willing to train motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail and time management
Dishwashers
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen areas
- Keep dish station organized and sanitary
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Support overall back-of-house operations
Qualifications:
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
