
Inspector (TINC-MFG) - 1st/2nd Shift

- Perform the following types of inspections as defined by the job traveler and record on the inspection reports: receipt inspections for customer material and outside services, first article inspections including shroud probes for approval of turning and milling programs, in-process inspections, and final inspections per customer drawings.
- Identify, tag, and segregate all non-conforming parts. Record as appropriate, including in the NCR database, and work with Quality Engineers to disposition parts.
- Support the Quality Engineer in facilitating the flow of parts and paperwork through the mechanical inspection lab.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Bring Your Expertise:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2 years of mechanical and/or CMM inspection experience.
- Intermediate level in MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of ANSI Y 14.5.
- Must be attentive to detail.
- Must maintain adequate near vision by means of annual test (per the requirements of Work Instruction WIQA.05).
