Description
- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and payable.
- Perform month/quarter/year-end closing and assist with financial analysis.
- Prepare and maintain journal entries, trial balances and financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with all internal accounting and control procedures.
- Assist with annual budget preparations.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 or more years’ experience in bookkeeping, corporate accounting or general ledger accounting. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
