Are you a hospitality professional who thrives on guest interaction and team leadership? We’re seeking a Front Office Manager to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and lead front desk operations with excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns
  • Lead, train, schedule, and develop Front Office staff
  • Oversee reservations, forecasting, budgeting, and inventory
  • Maximize revenue while controlling costs
  • Uphold our commitment to hospitality—24/7, 365

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; college preferred
  • 1–2 years of customer service or management experience (hotel experience a plus)
  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office & hotel systems preferred
  • Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and writing skills
  • Yield management experience preferred

Industry Schedule: Flexible availability required

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Physically able to lift 25 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs, and remain on feet up to 8 hours
  • Comfortable working throughout all hotel areas in varying conditions
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Customer-focused with the ability to suggestively sell
