Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Are you a natural leader with a passion for great food, great drinks, and unforgettable hospitality? Our hotel restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor who can create memorable moments for our guests while inspiring a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead daily Restaurant & Bar operations with energy and confidence
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain a strong floor presence during key meal periods
• Ensure brand, quality, and guest satisfaction standards are consistently met
• Coordinate between kitchen and dining teams for smooth service flow
• Monitor inventory, manage labor levels, and support cost-control goals
• Conduct routine service and brand-standards audits
• Support emergency procedures and uphold all hotel policies

What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of food & beverage experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and people-leadership skills
• A love for hospitality and delivering standout guest service
• Ability to work in a 24/7 hotel environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts
