What You Will Deliver
- Drive the ideation, development, launching, and iteration of product features on web and app constantly
- Initiating and collaborating with both regional and local teams to continuously review and improve the current product usability, functionality and performance.
- Gather product requirements and insights from local market and conduct research for identifying business opportunities in logistics business, including Enterprise solutions.
- Work closely with Regional Product Managers, engineers, and designers to ensure a high-quality product is built.
- Define and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
- Consistently determine how to maximize business value from product, especially on Enterprise solutions.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of equivalent, relevant work experience.
- Experienced in logistics and enterprise business would be a plus.
- Experienced in communicating product requirements clearly across teams.
- Strongly analytics skills and able to conduct intensive market research for business insights.
- A relentless focus on doing whatever is necessary to drive the business growth.
- Impeccable communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency.
