We’re looking for detail-oriented, motivated individuals to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll help manage and support utility services for our clients by researching issues, coordinating with providers, and ensuring accurate and timely processing.

What You’ll Do
Depending on team placement and business needs, your day-to-day may include:
- Research and resolve account or billing issues
- Enter, review, and validate utility bills in our internal systems to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Communicate with utility providers, clients, and internal teams (phone & email)
- Update and maintain account information in internal systems
- Coordinate service activations, billing, or issue resolution
- Track down missing information (like bills or account details) and ensure completion
- Document actions clearly and accurately
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple workflows at once
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
