A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Kay Account Manager in South China region, you will partner with EL South China Key Account Management team to take full response at assigned customers Included but not limited in develop, support, execute, sell, design, contribute, In this role, you will report to the Business Manager of EL South China region.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Assist in identifying new opportunities, applications, segments, and markets for products and capabilities. You will do this by getting to know our products and capabilities and by recognizing market and customer dynamics and drivers
• Build solid relationships with customers at management levels in the organization and with internal functional groups
• Work as a team with other MKS Account Managers and Inside process Supervisors to grow total business
• Develop and execute strategies for territory and specific accounts and provide accurate orders forecast to Sales Management
• Attend tradeshows, conferences and make other visits (up to 30% travel)
• Manage and maintain orders pipeline and opportunities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Identify, collect, and disseminate sales best practices, customer requirements, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of business
Required Skills:
• Travel Requirements: Up to 70% of Travel is required.
Skills You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of related experience required
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
Preferred Skills: (Optional)
• Capable to manage the teammates and enhance team spirit
• Sales-driven personal, commercial, presentation, and solution selling skills.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
• Physical Demand 1: Frequent travel for business purpose at customer site
