About Us
Forno Santo is a full-service Italian ristorante in the heart of downtown Tulsa. Built around handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and a bar program rooted in Italian wines and craft cocktails. We’re open seven days a week, with weekday counter lunch through the pizza parlor and full dinner service every night. Come as you are. Stay for another round.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to prepare a variety of menu items, using grills, ovens, and other equipment.
- Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and meets quality standards.
- Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards.
- Portion and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prior cooking experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must provide a THD Food Handler.
