Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Provide menus, take orders, and offer recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials and wine pairings.
- Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and efficiently prepared.
- Handle payments, provide accurate change, and process credit card transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a serving or hospitality role is preferred, but not required.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and provide ABLE license, proof of alcohol safety training, and a THD Food Handler.
