Dean of Students - CPMS
REPORTS TO: Principal
COMPENSATION: Per administrative contract schedule
WORK CALENDAR: 200 days for 2024-2025 School Year
STANDARD HOURS: 8 Hours/Day, 40 Hours/Week
CORP STATUS: Certified
FLSA STATUS: Exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Grade Level Attendance and Discipline
- Track Grade Level Data (Grades, Attendance, 21st Century Scholars, Intervention Data, etc..)
- Create Monthly Grade Level Newsletter
- Lead Weekly Grade Level Team meeting
- Monitor Safety and Security Measures for CPMS
- Cafeteria and Hallway Supervision
- Conduct Certified and Classified staff evaluations
- Coordinate Student / Staff Handbooks
- Public Agency Representative (PAR) for Grade Level IEP and 504 Meetings
- Grade Level Awards Programs
- Non-Athletic ECA Coordinator or School Safety Coordinator
- Other Duties as Assigned by Principal
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree in Education Administration preferred
- Education Administration License
- Excellent organization and communication skills
