You will be responsible for shaping how government-funded opportunities are identified, pursued, and won across federal, state, and local levels. The role plays a critical part in expanding access to youth mental health services by enabling sustainable public funding pathways. You will lead the end-to-end execution of RFPs, grants, and procurement submissions while ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling responses. Working closely with commercial, clinical, legal, and finance teams, you will translate complex funding opportunities into actionable strategies. This is a highly collaborative and strategic operations role in a fast-paced, impact-focused environment. Your work directly supports the expansion of accessible behavioral health support for young people across the U.S.
