The Role
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will ensure smooth marketing execution through clear processes, documentation, and training. You will manage content and assets, support sales teams with marketing materials, and contribute to customer-facing collateral and pricing communications.
What you will do
Contribute to global process development and ensure adherence across the marketing team
Support and design internal processes when exceptions to global standards are required
Develop best practices, checklists, documentation, and training materials
Deliver training and ensure successful process implementation
Support translation requests and stakeholder communication when needed
Manage literature ordering system and coordinate replenishment of printed assets
Oversee sales event asset portal, including inventory and system management
Support price list creation and internal/external communication
Create and maintain customer-centric collateral, sales literature, and content
Manage marketing invoices, approvals, coding, and coordination with Accounts Payable
Support Digital Asset Management system requests and ensure data compliance
Support visitor experience, branded giveaways, and onboarding materials
Liaise with external vendors (agencies, printers, photographers) as needed
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customer-centric initiatives across the business
Specific Responsibilities Events
Supports & coordinates smaller tradeshows/events in the region.
Signs up for allocated shows
Interface with sales team and external vendors – design agencies, tradeshow partner and other external resources in the development and execution of our stand.
Follow up and ROI measurement post show.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of relevant experience; experience in global organizations is a plus
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and efficiency
Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working with multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working with systems and databases, with strong focus on data accuracy
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Adobe Acrobat required
Experience with project and workflow tools (e.g. Workfront, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and process mapping tools (e.g. Miro)
Strong communication and training skills, able to engage across all levels and regions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Curiosity and willingness to learn the business, markets, and customers
