Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AEC Sales Director based in the United States.
This is a high-impact, client-facing sales leadership role focused on driving growth across architecture, engineering, and construction services, including MEP, structural, civil engineering, and manufacturing sectors. The position sits at the intersection of technical consulting and solution sales, requiring the ability to translate complex client needs into tailored service offerings. You will partner closely with internal delivery teams to shape proposals that include design, modeling, documentation, and visualization services. The role is highly consultative, combining business development, relationship management, and strategic account growth. It offers strong autonomy, significant travel, and exposure to a wide range of AEC clients across the U.S. market. Success depends on both commercial acumen and the ability to operate fluently in technical environments while building long-term client partnerships.
