Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-5:30PM Hybrid

logistics, marketing, and retail partners to ensure products are effectively positioned,
available, and supported across online and in-store channels.
About the Role – Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused candidate to
join Erikson Consumer as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will support
customers through day-to-day inquiries, order management, and issue resolution. You will
collaborate closely with internal teams to help ensure products move smoothly through
eCommerce platforms and big-box retail channels.
You should be adaptable, organized, comfortable multitasking, and a strong team player. If

Tasks include
Handle daily DTC orders for various accounts
Track shipments to ensure timely deliveries
Ensure product validity daily
Answer customer queries
Support Sales and Marketing initiatives
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
Co-ordinate with distribution centre to ensure orders are shipped on time
Process Returns
Maintain a minimal backlog
Provide excellent support
Provide excellent customer service.
What we are looking for:
1 – 2 year of similar work experience, preferably in a distribution company;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and Excel;
Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills;
Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through;
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment;
Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously;
Strong attention to detail, meticulous
