Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Review and supervise the implementation of landscape architecture works associated with the terminal building and surrounding development areas.
- Review landscape master plans, planting schemes, irrigation layouts, hardscape elements, site furnishings, and outdoor amenities.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications, environmental requirements, and aesthetic objectives.
- Coordinate landscape works with civil, architectural, MEP, utility, and drainage infrastructure components.
- Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, material samples, planting schedules, and method statements.
- Monitor quality of landscape construction, horticultural works, irrigation systems, paving, street furniture, and site development works.
- Ensure appropriate selection of plant species considering local climatic conditions, maintenance requirements, sustainability, and visual appeal.
- Monitor implementation of water conservation measures, soil preparation, erosion control, and environmental enhancement initiatives.
- Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with approved landscape designs and quality standards.
- Assist in resolving technical issues related to landscape implementation and maintenance.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, quality observations, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of landscape and irrigation systems.
