Project Management Analyst - 2 year Fixed Term Contract

Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life‑saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.
The role:
As a Project Management Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:
Supporting the planning and delivery of corporate real estate projects and transformation initiatives
Managing project timelines, risks, budgets and governance documentation to ensure delivery to plan
Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and clear communication across projects
Producing high-quality reporting, insights and materials to support stage-gate reviews and decision making
Analysing workplace and occupancy data to provide insight into performance, trends and optimisation opportunities
Maintaining accurate project and property data, improving data processes and ensuring reporting integrity
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, APMQ, PMP) or equivalent experience
Proven experience supporting or delivering projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and outputs
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Experience working with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or PowerApps
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple organisational levels
