The role:

As a Finance Director, Clean Air, you will help drive our goals by:

• Owning regional financial performance for the Americas, including P&L and balance sheet accountability, forecasting, and delivery of earnings, cash, and working capital targets.

• Leading finance business partnering across Operations and Commercial, driving performance against productivity, cost, margin, and mix targets through clear operating rhythms and accountability.

• Acting as a key finance advisor to the Managing Director and leadership team, providing challenge and insight on strategic decisions including pricing, footprint, investments, and restructuring.

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, including scenario planning, risk management, and performance tracking across the region.

• Leading and developing the Americas finance team, building capability across FP&A, controllership, and plant finance, and strengthening financial processes and governance.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) or MBA preferred.

• Proven regional or segment finance leadership experience with accountability for sizeable P&Ls, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and value creation.

• Strong experience in balance sheet ownership, statutory compliance, audit processes, and financial controls across multiple entities or countries.

• Advanced analytical and commercial capability, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insight, scenarios, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

• Strong strategic and stakeholder management skills, with experience operating in complex matrix environments and driving decisions across finance and business leadership teams.
