This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners
Lead sales forecast of major eRetailers with the up-to-date offtake trends
Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner
Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, commercial excellence,…)
Identify new Ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance
Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
A proven track record of 3+years of professional experience in eCommerce
Strong knowledge in eCommerce sales (managing distributor / direct business with eRetailers)
Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills with a sound understanding of financial bottom line implications of sales and marketing decisions
Drive for results, resilient, persistent, passionate, innovative and having a sense of urgency
Good English communication: Able to communicate logically both verbally and in writing
Proficiency with MS office application
Preferred Qualifications:
FMCG background preferred
eCommerce marketing, trade marketing experience is plus
Strategic thinking and leadership
