Are you passionate about driving growth, building relationships, and making a real difference? If you have experience within pharmacy or FMCG/FMCH sales, and you’re ready for a new, exciting challenge, we want YOU to be our next Territory Manager! And work with Pharmacy Retailers across Central Melbourne. The role will also include regional travel every quarter for approx. 4 nights, to Albury, Wodonga.
Your day to day:
- Your Sales Achievements: Strive to meet and surpass the sales targets, market share, distribution, and cycle objectives in your designated territory.
- Deal Management: Ensure that all your transactions adhere to the agreed wholesale deals and discretionary funds guidelines.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain regular contact with your customers and follow the agreed contact strategy to keep the relationship strong.
- Activity Execution: Implement the activities advised by the National Accounts team and promptly report any instances of non-compliance.
- Promotional Materials: Make the most of the available point of sales material to boost sales and enhance in-store presence. Erect displays as needed.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report your performance against objectives to the National Sales Manager.
- Field Intelligence: Provide timely and accurate reports to line management, offering valuable field insights.
- Asset Care: Ensure the proper care and maintenance of all company assets allocated to you for performing your job duties.
Skills & Experience:
- FMCH sales or retail pharmacy experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-managed and motivated
- Strong relationship management skills and customer focus
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and a willingness to adopt change and can juggle multiple priorities.
- Digitally savvy – confident in learning or applying digital tools to analyse sales data.
- Clean driver's license.
