You will lead the architectural vision for complex HR workflows, ensuring scalable, secure, and globally compliant implementations across large organizations. The role involves designing advanced lifecycle automation, employee self-service portals, and integrated HR ecosystems connected with major enterprise HR platforms. You will play a critical role in governance, reducing technical debt, and ensuring architectural consistency across global deployments. The environment is highly distributed, remote-first, and collaboration-driven, requiring strong leadership in asynchronous and cross-functional settings. This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who can combine deep platform expertise with strategic enterprise thinking.
