Position: Occupational Therapist (OTR)
Location: Walnut Creek, CA – Rossmoor Area
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $59–$60/hour DOE
Program Type: Stable, Facility-Managed In-House Therapy Program

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Help residents improve independence with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Supervise and support Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care
Participate in Patient Care Conferences and Utilization Review meetings
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations
Provide caregiver and family education for safe discharge planning
Communicate with physicians regarding treatment updates and care recommendations

Qualifications
Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
Strong communication and teamwork skills
