We’re looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant or hands-on Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation across several phases, as well as BAU functional and technical support in parallel.
This is a hands-on role embedded in a high visibility transformation program, supporting the transition from a legacy on premise Dynamics CE environment to a modern cloud-based platform across Sales, Service, and Customer Insights & Journeys.
You’ll work closely with our internal project lead, external delivery partners, and business SMEs to ensure what’s being built truly aligns with business needs, shaping processes, defining requirements, supporting data migration, and guiding the organisation through phased adoption.
This is a permanent full-time position, looking to start as soon as possible. This role can be based out of either our Sydney (Bond St CBD) or Brisbane (Hamilton) office.

Key Responsibilities
Work with teams across Sales, Service and Customer Insights to understand how they work today and what they need in the new CRM
Turn business needs into clear requirements the CRM partner can build from, or that you can execute yourself
Review and validate the CRM design, screens, fields and business rules as they’re being built
Lead data mapping and migration work, making sure information moves cleanly from the old system to the new one
Support the rollout phases, including testing, training and helping the business adopt the new system
Help drive ongoing adoption and optimisation through training sessions, collation of feedback, and recording requirements
About You
5–6+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally with strong hands-on work in Dynamics 365
Solid experience delivering new CRM implementations or major data migrations
Communicate clearly with both technical teams and business users, and confidently map processes and document requirements
Can execute configuration changes to Solutions in Dynamics 365, following standard change management frameworks
Ideally some familiarity with data modelling and FetchXML in Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
Ideally come from land lease, property, real estate or similar sectors, with bonus points for Dynamics certifications and experience with ISVs or process modelling tools
Comfortable guiding teams through change, training and system adoption, using best practice Dynamics knowledge
