- Massive Loan Repayment: Access up to $70,000 (HRSA) or up to $100,000 (IHS) in loan repayment programs.
- Sign-On & Retention Bonuses: Choose the commitment that works for you:
- 2-Year Track: $15,000 sign-on + 12% total retention bonus over 2 years.
- 3-Year Track: $20,000 sign-on + over 23% total retention bonus over 3 years.
- Comprehensive Relocation: We take care of the heavy lifting with $15,000 (Individual) to $20,000 (Family) in assistance, plus covered airfare for you and your family.

- Starting Pay: From $68.62/hour ($142,729.60 annually), DOE.
- Work-Life Balance: 4.5 weeks of PTO (starting) plus 11 paid holidays.
