Our Director of Commercial Product Management & Development within the WPS Health Plan is responsible for defining and leading the strategic direction, performance, and growth of the commercial product portfolio across individual and employer markets, including Fully Insured and ASO Self-Funded offerings. Owns end-to-end product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, market opportunities, and financial targets. They translate market insights into actionable strategies, drives innovation, and ensures delivery of competitive, compliant, and market-leading products. Serves as a key advisor to senior leadership, influencing enterprise decision-making and shaping the organization’s competitive position in a dynamic and highly regulated healthcare environment.
