Guide and mentor a team of PMs in evolving, and executing the product outlook, strategy, and roadmap for all aspects of GCD operations, orchestrate the PMs to deliver operational tooling, partner integration frameworks, support systems, and service management capabilities that meet the sovereignty and security requirements.
Lead the product readiness for GCD operations, collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Security, and local operating partners. Empower the PMs to define the product requirements, user journeys, and documentation to enable partners to securely operate GCD, and ensure new features and deployments are reliable.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across GCD. Lead the PMs to understand customer and partner operational needs, analyze service performance, and translate insights into product enhancements that improve efficiency, supportability, and customer satisfaction. Represent the operational product in leadership forums.
