• Proven previous success in exceptional customer service in any area where you have had to deliver above and beyond expectations and exceed targets. This may have been in retail, hospitality, airlines, real estate, or your own business. • Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to engage, sell and educate customers by being the 'App' guru • Demonstrated ability to be a proactive sales maker, fulfilling our customers' lives through full financial service • Demonstrated ability to make the right deal within set guidelines / parameters • Demonstrated ability to adhere to compliance, doing things the right way
