Together, let's push the boundaries of technology and advance sustainable networks worldwide.   How You'll Help Us Connect the World: As a member of our DAS and Small Cell product's Platform Engineering team, this role will be focused on Radio Systems Engineer to architect, design, develop and integrate Radio Software for a telecommunication product. We are looking for someone with prior experience on Analog Devices, Maxlinear, Xilinx & Intel SoC. Using your strong expertise in radio engineering, you will participate in architecture decisions while also being involved in product and design processes. You’ll always be encouraged and expected to contribute ideas to improve our technology and products.   You Will Make an Impact By: Designing and developing Layer-1 signal processing chain for 4G & 5G products. Designing and developing radio signal processing modules DPD, CFR, DUC, DDC, AGC, channel filters. Designing and developing Radio control & configuration. Configuring M, S, C & U plane for ORAN 4G & 5G Radios. Ensuring the technical feasibility of layer-1 & radio signal processing layer. Ensuring embedded software platform requirement analysis, architecture, design and development. Writing system level radio requirements. Writing functional, design and test specifications. Prototyping radio for new products on very tight timelines. Programming SoCs and Multi-core processors at software level Assisting junior engineers with troubleshooting. Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies. Collaborating with hardware and FPGA engineering teams and stakeholders         Required Qualifications for Consideration:  B.E/BTech in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunications/Instrumentation Engineering with 12+ years of Radio & Layer-1 Software Development experience or ME/MTech/MS with 8+ years’ experience. Strong theoretical knowledge on wireless communication topics like Fourier Transform, Correlation, Channel Encoding, Decoding, Channel Estimation & Equalization & Spectrum Analysis. Understanding of Radio Frequency & Baseband processing modules, for example Digital pre distortion, Crest factor reduction, Automatic gain control, zero IF, DUC, DDC, Filter design. Understanding of ORAN M, S, C & U plane will be a plus. Experience on RTOS (Real time operating system). Experience on bus protocols (I2C, SPI, MDIO, JESD) & Ethernet protocols. Experience simulating Radio & layer-1 modules using MATLAB. Real time debugging skills using JTAG, Oscilloscope, Agilent Signal Generator & Signal Analyzer, Qualcomm QXDM & QCAT tools Experience with design & development on multi-threaded, multi-processor and SoC platforms. Excellent debugging skills using standard and advanced H/W and S/W debuggers (GDB, Lauterbach and JTAG ).   You Will Excite Us If Have: Prior Experience in C & C++ programming to validate & review SW designs. Prior Experience of implementing layer-1 & Radio software on ARM /DSP processors using C & C++.
