Together, let's push the boundaries of technology and advance sustainable networks worldwide.   How You'll Help Us Connect the World: We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Material Management (SAP MM) modules and products with a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP and non-SAP solutions, as well as leading SAP-related projects within dynamic and fast-paced environments. Additionally, the role will include enabling AI technologies across SAP and non-SAP technologies. This role will be based out of Goa or Hyderabad.                                                                                                                                         You will Make an Impact By: Executing the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP MM, MDG modules. Enforcing data standards and ensure master data quality and compliance with data governance frameworks. Working across teams in implementing SAP related projects and coordination with cross-functional business and IT teams. Working according to project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful completion. Integrating SAP Material Management with other SAP modules to enable seamless data flow. Supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and patches within the SAP environment. Collaborating with business teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities. Developing and implementing best practices for master data management areas. Reducing existing areas of customization and make arguments to adopt standard processes. Working closely with business to look for opportunities to enable AI technologies. Providing expertise support and troubleshooting for MM/MDG related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations. Maintaining comprehensive documentation of configurations, business processes, and system changes.   Required Qualifications for Consideration: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 2 to 3 years of experience. More than 1 year of experience in full life-cycle SAP implementation is preferred. Proven expertise and hands-on experience in SAP MM and MDG (Material and BP) related configuration, customization, and integration. Solid experience in data migration (Brownfield or Greenfield) and ETL processes. Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with business partners.   You Will Excite Us If You: Have strong understanding of data quality and governance. Are familiar with SAP S/4HANA, RISE/GROW with SAP, SAP Bolt-Ons. Have knowledge of SAP integration with BODS/PLM and other production systems via ALE/B2B tools.
