How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst, SAP and BO Security with deep expertise in SAP Identity and Access Management modules and products with a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP and non-SAP solutions, as well as leading SAP-related projects within dynamic and fast-paced environments. Additionally, the role will include enabling AI technologies across SAP and non-SAP technologies. This role will be based out of Goa or Hyderabad.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Leading user provisioning/deprovisioning, role assignments, and user/password setup etc., across the SAP landscape.
Supporting and maintaining SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Access Control modules to analyze, monitor, and mitigate security risks.
Designing, building, testing, and maintaining security roles, profiles, and authorizations for end-users to prevent Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.
Defining and configuring security and access setting for various BO objects, including folders, universes, dashboards etc., and BO applications.
Enforcing regulatory compliance, conducting routine user access reviews, and supporting internal and external audits by generating system reports and conducting regular access certification.
Aligning SAP process with corporate security standard and risk posture.
Leading collaboration and discussions with business teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities and enable AI technologies.
Reducing existing areas of customization and making arguments to adopt standard processes.
Providing expert support and troubleshooting for SAP security related business issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production activities.
Maintaining comprehensive documentation of access control, risk analysis and remediation etc.
Participating in project implementations, migrations and upgrades by ensuring security standards are transitioned and updated.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience.
6+ years of experience in implementing SAP security concepts, strategies and operational administration, and in analyzing SoD risks.
Proven expertise and experience with SAP environments such as S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, BO and SAP Cloud/BTP security concepts.
Deep understanding of SAP authorization concept, user management, and role administration (PFCG).

Are familiar with SAP S/4HANA, RISE/GROW with SAP, SAP Bolt-Ons and Business Objects.
Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams.
Can create and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
Have official SAP Solution Certifications or Cybersecurity Certifications.
