What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

  • Efficient management of vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective execution of content initiatives
  • Timely project delivery to optimize resource allocation and avoid budget overruns
  • Contributing to increased brand engagement, potentially leading to higher ROI on digital campaigns

Customer Service

  • Creation of engaging and relevant content that enhances customer interaction and satisfaction on digital platforms
  • Prompt response to social media trends and consumer conversations to build positive brand perception
  • Delivery of high-quality research reports and actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Internal Processes

  • Development and execution of comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand objectives
  • Coordination with internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution
  • Regular monitoring and reporting on content performance, competitor activity, and market trends

Innovation and Learning

  • Proactive experimentation with new content types, formats, and platforms to drive engagement
  • Staying up to date with latest industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities
  • Continuous learning and application of new digital marketing tools and techniques

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

  • Ability to create relevant, engaging, and timely content that resonates with target audiences
  • Strong understanding of social media dynamics, trending moments, and digital consumer behavior
  • Effective project management skills to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting research findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing vendor relationships for content production and reporting

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

  • Experience working within the FMCG domain or similar fast-moving consumer categories
  • Demonstrated ability as a “social media geek” who can capitalize on trending moments quickly
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for impactful presentations
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining creative independence
