Role Scope:
Develop and execute the sales playbook to drive revenue growth. Build and lead a high-performing sales team, establish relationships with universities, and manage the entire sales pipeline.
Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in higher education or fintech.
- Proven success selling to university financial leaders
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for high-value, long sales cycle deals.
- Relationship-driven, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
- Highly analytical, data-driven decision maker (Hubspot experience preferred).
- Startup experience (preferred).
Must-Have Technical Stack:
- CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot).
Measured By:
Revenue growth, customer acquisition, deal closures, and pipeline health.
