Job Description

Industry: HR Tech and Talent Referral Platforms
Department: Sales
Partner With: Talent Operations, Product, and Marketing Teams
Role Scope: Drive revenue growth by selling Twill to enterprise clients. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborate with internal teams, and provide solutions to HR and talent acquisition leaders.
Measures success by: Revenue growth, sales targets achieved, pipeline health, and customer satisfaction.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and engaging new clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a focus on pipeline management and process improvement.
Preferred Skills:
  • Background or interest in recruiting/HR tech.
  • CRM software and sales enablement tools.
