Why this role matters

As part of the Biocodex Romania Sales team, you will contribute to sales growth and to strengthening our market presence by developing partnerships with pharmacy chains and other strategic partners, as well as by promoting Biocodex products and offers in your assigned territory.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a  Regional Key Account– West-Center Region to join Biocodex Romania, located in Cluj.

This is a hybrid commercial role, combining regional key account management with hands-on sales activity in the field.

In this position, you will contribute to developing and strengthening commercial relationships with key regional pharmacy chains and other relevant strategic partners, while also managing a selected customer portfolio as Pharmacy Sales Representative in your assigned area.

You will work closely with the Commercial Manager and Regional Sales Managers to support the implementation of commercial strategies aimed at driving sustainable volume and revenue growth, in line with Biocodex Romania’s business objectives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• implementation of commercial plans for Biocodex products and brands;

• supporting the relationship with strategic regional pharmacy chains and relevant business partners;

• participating in the negotiation and implementation of commercial agreements;

• monitoring product distribution, visibility and presence within allocated accounts;

• providing input for forecasting and S&OP by sharing market insights and account development opportunities;

• promoting Biocodex products and offers to customers in your assigned area;

• maintaining strong relationships with pharmacies and contributing to customer portfolio development.

This role is suitable for a commercially driven professional who enjoys both strategic account management and direct interaction with customers in the field.

Location: West-Center Region

Role split: 50% Strategic Key Account / 50% Pharmacy Sales Representative

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
• The ability to prioritize, structure your work and follow through on commitments;
• An organized, autonomous and results-oriented way of working;
• Openness to travel and to spending a higher number of nights away from home.

• Contract type: full-time
• Employment status: permanent
• Location: Cluj-Napoca
• Target start date: 01.07.2026
• Travel: yes, in the designed area and to Bucharest (1-2 times per quarter)
• Reporting line: direct reporting to the Regional Manager, with a functional reporting line to the Commercial Manager.
