Carry out the preparation and follow-up of the courses in accordance with the instructions in the manuals
and current civil and military regulations (EASA PART147/66, PERAM 147/66, ATO, AH Group)
- Deliver to the instructor all the necessary documentation to record the training to be given and the
documentation to be delivered to the students
- Check the availability of the helicopter for the practical courses as well as models configured for the
practices of the course to be carried out, as well as preparation of all the agreements for the use of these.
- Participate and collaborate in internal and external audits, as well as monitoring of actions derived from
them.
- Help the center's continuous improvement plan
- PMP follow-up, KPI´s calculation,
- Prepare offers. Manage purchases.
- Evaluation of customer surveys. Monthly report to the AH group
- Analysis of exam results
- Assist the training manager in the following tasks:
o Prepare and/or validate the programs of the courses that delivered.
o Prepare and/or guarantee the availability of the necessary teaching material for the courses.
o Planning and control of courses
o Control and monitoring of costs and expenses
