What makes this role exciting

Our fast growing team in China are looking for an Associate China Payroll Specialist who can bring their own unique energy and enthusiasm to work with multi-national companies in China region in order to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

You’ll play an important role in maintaining payroll accuracy, supporting statutory compliance, and assisting in the seamless coordination of payroll activities across teams and clients. If you’re ready to grow your career in international payroll, we’d love to hear from you!

Main responsibilities

  • Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently

  • Provide support to clients on all payroll-related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a back-up covering for holidays or emergencies.

  • Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures

  • Review payrolls at the end of each month and seek assistance to make improvements where necessary

  • Be involved in process improvement


Experience needed for this role

  • Basic knowledge or experience in payroll

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and English is a must.

  • Excellent time management, administration skills and attention to detail.

  • Responsible for prioritising client’s payroll and delivering payrolls as required.

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines.
