This role plays a key part in driving customer success by designing and delivering impactful training programs that help transit agencies fully adopt and integrate a complex SaaS platform into their daily operations. You will work across the full customer journey, from onboarding through long-term engagement, ensuring users not only understand the product but actively use it to improve operational performance. The position blends instructional design, change management, and hands-on customer engagement in both remote and on-site settings. You will collaborate closely with implementation, product, and account teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, practical workflows. A strong emphasis is placed on improving adoption, reducing friction, and helping customers realize measurable value.
