Hospice: RN Visit Nurse

The Hospice RN Visit Nurse is responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Position: RN Visit Nurse for Hospice Salary Wage Range: $85,000-$91,300 annually, depending on experience Service Area: Multiple Cities in a Regional Assignment (plus mileage reimbursement of .70 cents per mile) Schedule: Full-Time 1.0 FTE, Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, weekend rotation (every 6th weekend)
