Hospice: Chaplain (South Central)

The Hospice Chaplain is responsible for the provision of spiritual care services to patients and families/caregivers of Lifespark Hospice, either directly or through coordination of care with other spiritual counselors.

Position: Chaplain for Hospice Salary: $60,600 - $65,300 annually, depending on experience Service Area: South Central (coverage area: St. Louis Park, Richfield, Bloomington, Burnsville, Lakeville & surrounding). Plus, mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile. Schedule: Full - Time, 1.0 FTE / Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
